The great advantage of Stainless steel is it is hypo-allergenic and so it is an ideal choice for someone whose skin is sensitive to metal. 

How to keep the brightness?

If you often expose your jewelry to water and chemicals it can affect the gold plating. Rings are particularly more sensitive since they are more exposed to wear. 

Also it's better to use make-up, hair-spray and perfume before you put on your jewelry since chemicals can affect the beauty of your jewelry. 

Do not store your jewelry in any humid places like bathrooms. We recommend taking off your jewelry before going to bed, showering, or taking part in any physical activity. 

Cleaning and storing your jewelry

Jewelry can lose its shine when exposed to air during a long period of time. Your jewelry stays happy if you store it separately to avoid tarnishing and scratches from your other pieces. Just keep them in its original box or in a container that is airtight and protects your favorits from sunlight.

To clean it, use a soft and dry 100% cotton cloth to gently rub the surface. By doing so you’ll restore the shine of your jewelry. Don’t use any polishing agent or something similar.

ONAH Collection can not guarantee that its gold plated jewelry will last forever. Gold plated pieces are, by default, more fragile and liable to lose their colour over time. The speed at which the gold plating fades will depend on multiple variables from chemical products used for skincare, level of perspiration or even your natural skin PH. For this reason, it is particularly important to pay special attention to your gold plated jewelry and to follow our recommendations for care and storage.
